2. Hosting and server logs

When you visit this website, the hosting provider may process technical data such as your IP address, browser, operating system, referrer, requested page, and access time. This is necessary to deliver and secure the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on the legitimate interest in reliable and secure website operation.

3. Email inquiries

The inquiry form prepares an email in your own email app. The website itself does not submit or store the form entries. If you send the email, the information you provide is processed to answer your inquiry and, where relevant, to take steps before entering a contract. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. External media and links

Portfolio case studies may contain Instagram media. This media is loaded only after you open the relevant case study. At that point, Meta Platforms may receive technical data such as your IP address and information about the page visit. Links to Instagram, TikTok, Trustpilot, and other external websites are governed by the privacy policies of those providers.

5. Local storage, cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. It may use browser session storage solely to remember whether the introductory screen has already been shown during your current session.

6. Retention

Inquiry data is retained only as long as needed to respond, manage a potential or existing business relationship, and comply with applicable legal retention duties.

7. Your rights
